What products are listed on the Baker Premium Outlet website?

• Baker Premium Outlet is a great source to find floor samples from our 14 showrooms and/or discontinued products we have at our warehouse.

Product Condition

• Photos shown on the website are for representational purposes only.
• Review the “Additional Features” section; our locations have worked hard to make the descriptions as accurate as possible. Please do not expect products to be better than described.
• Make sure to click on “Contact Location” and inquire about photos and product details from the selling location.
• Products are sold as is. Without issuing a formal recommendation, we would be happy to share information on recommended local technicians.

Floor Sample Price

• We do our best to update the latest floor sample discounted prices on the website. However, always feel free to contact the selling location for the most current pricing.
• Baker Premium Outlet offers the same floor sample prices as our Baker Showrooms do. Baker Premium Outlet is just a way of making those items and those prices more visible.
• Please note that we charge an additional 5% handling fee for all floor sample sales.
• Delivery fees and taxes are not included.
• Baker is obliged to collect Sales Tax for the states in which it is registered. Interior designers with Resale Certificates for the ship-to states may be tax exempt. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Final Sale

• All sales are final.
• We do not offer returns, exchanges or replacements. Please ensure to review all details prior to placing orders.

Payment

• We accept credit cards, checks, and ACH.
• Unfortunately, our locations do not accept cash.
• Due to high interest in the clearance items, we regret that we are unable to put items "On Hold". Products are sold on a “first-paid-first-serve” basis.
• Once payment has been made, we will issue an invoice/receipt. Prior to shipment, you will need to return a signed copy of both the invoice and the credit card receipt to us. Transportation cannot be scheduled until these documents are returned to us.

Transportation

• Delivery fees are not included in selling price.
• We are more than happy to help you arrange for delivery of the products. Depending on your area, it may take us 1-2 days to offer you delivery suggestions.

Baker reserves the right to correct any error on Baker Premium Outlet at any time.
